At B&D Creation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized products. If something isn't right, our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

01Return Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Original packaging and all included materials must be returned.

02How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1.Contact our support team with your Order Number.
2.Provide a brief description of the reason for the return.
3.Once authorized, we will provide you with instructions.

03Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted.
