At B&D Creation, we take pride in the quality of our printing services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you understand our refund process.

01Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customized stickers or personalized designs are only eligible for a refund if there is a manufacturing defect.

02Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for reflections:

  • Digital downloads or design services already rendered.
  • Sale items or products purchased during special promotional events.
  • Items damaged due to improper application by the customer.

03The Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we will inspect the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
